• The stateroom area offers an island berth with steps on both sides for ease of access. The mattress has been upgraded, providing a sleep enabled platform. Island provides abundant storage under mattress.
• Lots of storage in stateroom area and pilot house
• Access to head with separate shower stall. Macerator for holding tank overboard discharge as permitted.
• Galley with the necessities including 2 burner electric stove, AC/DC Vitifrigo drawer refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel sink, convection microwave. Lots of storage inside cabinets and drawers.
• To keep things running 2-125W combined solar panels controlled with a 2000W Inverter was added. In 2024 the batteries were replaced with AGMs (2-8Ds, 2-4Ds and 3 group31s)
• To keep everything running smoothly there is a Reverso oil changing pump.
• Spacious helm deck and pilot house area offers abundant seating, dinette and an Isotherm drawer refrigerator. Pilot house has a 32” TV and stereo for entertaining. 
• WIFI and internet service provided through mounted Star Link and router service
• SiriusXM ready Fusion stereo (w/ Bluetooth and NMEA 2k connectivity)
• OceanAir Skyscreen on all Lewmar hatches. 
• Good ventilation in pilot house via large overhead sliding hatch, side windows and opening center windshield window.
• The boat hull was painted with a AwlCraft Bahamian Blue and the cushions were recovered with a complementing blue Sunbrella. The Stidd helm seat was also replaced so it would match the boat blue theme.
• With hard windows on 3 sides and EZ2CY aft curtains, the helm deck can be enclosed for AC or heated comfort. The 3 window areas have sun covers, and the large hatches have sun defusing coverings. There is also a full enclosing cover for the back cockpit
• Helm instruments include an electronic engine control, joystick for low speed engine and 24V Vetus bow and stern thrusters control, and a full complement of Garmin electronics. Has power assist steering.
• All lights are LED, with curtesy lights throughout the vessel.
• 6 inch, 200 Watt Fusion Speakers
• There is a cavernous beam wide storage area that can be accessed under the port helm seat which means always being able to take along those “extra” things.
• A Viking RescYou OFFSHORE4 person container raft is attached to pilot house roof.
• The outstanding feature of this 37 Downeast model is the oversized one-level teak pilothouse and cockpit makes an easy transition which can be used for outdoor living, fishing or whatever your heart desires. The powered Sureshade makes a great place to enjoy your favorite beverage, read a book, or watch the sunset!
